- 1 package Cream Cheese, soften (8 0z)
- 1/2 cup Sugar + 1 Tablespoon
- 2 Tablespoon Cornstarch
- 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
- 2.5 cups Flour
- Preheat oven to 320 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, cream together Cream Cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in cornstarch and vanilla.
- Stir in flour until blended.
- Drop by spoonfuls and press down cookie (or use a cookie press).
- Sprinkle with white sugar.
- Bake 12 to 14 minutes (cookies end up white)
